we have just been given some better rates by all the providers we use and decided to pass them down to all customers.

The only Time Auspost will be used in all cases is items 500 grams or less.

In relation to free shipping, It is the same as the 150 Club where you have to physically spend the amount to be eligible.

difference now is you don't pay $9.95 but $6.95 shipping if you dont spend the amount. so it would be something to weigh up when redeeming vouchers or saving them for something more.

We think $6.95 nationwide shipping is pretty good to offer if you fall outside the Free Shipping qualification

I have tried that as well. You cant stack coupons and you can convert them back into points, so just keep it for your next purchase.

It's not really fair to complain about that.
No matter when the promotional period is held, there will always be people who are going to miss out by a day or two... because who's going to risk missing out on a preorder by waiting a few days for a special promotion that you may not even win.

And really, it's a two month promotion... there will be more pre-orders during that time, so it isn't a case of intentionally avoiding pre-orders. (if that was the case, it wouldn't cover two whole months - it would start and finish on odd dates)

If we all knew about it imagine the chaos of everyone holding off purchases until the Comp starts and then the complaints about server load and the "they had plenty of stock 3 days ago and now they have none."

^These scenarios are most likely exaggerated but I fully understand the late notice for a comp of this kind.

This comp won't affect my purchasing as I can't throw around enough cash just to win "something". Remember all your regular normal purchases and preorders are probably normal for others as well.

In both this topic and the feedback topic, people are noting that they don't get replies, and are lashing out at me for telling them that they should be emailing in their questions instead of posting them here, but they are using this site as a last resort because they have already emailed their questions and order problems, and got no reply.

Online Stores are welcome to respond to queries here if they want, but if they choose not to, or aren't here often enough to do it (and they aren't obligated to on any website that isn't theirs), Customers will get frustrated that they are not getting answers from the designated contact email, from a business wanting loyalty.

Yes $83, I have not seen any other place I could beat in honesty. Their current price is inline with the cheapest Japanese online stores shipped.
So it is a weighing up between paying later as some Japanese stores have that option or buy now with PC.

That is what I did yesterday 16th early morning and reply just got in this morning 17th which is too late I already missed my parcel and I got already the slip. good thing only is that it is AU Post and I can pick it there. I don't really see it as messing up, just more of an oversight that they must of missed a few peoples email notifications. Mine was missed aswell, I emailed them about it Wednesday night, and first thing Thursday morning I received and email with the tracking number and an apology

Good for you got an apology, I only got tracking as a reply which is already of no use since I already got the slip from AU Post. I understand that they miss some people but if your item got lost in the process well because you did not know it was already sent or expecting any, then that is what im talking about messing up.

I'm not sure why people can have such an aversion to Facebook. You can make an account to just watch news feeds if you want to. Doesn't have to use your real name or import your friend contacts etc. Throw on AdBlock and it can be really useful.

Please advise any other ways I can contact PC, bought a FT03 reissue and a TT mp hot rod on 18 Nov, I know hot rod is a pre order, I only expected that will ship FT03 sooner, I had sent three emails asked the shipping date, two via the confirmation email from PC, one via login their online store. All no responses.

This is not my 1st time purchased from them, last time was very quick and fast, very well packaging, got it within two weeks.

I just wondering whether I can got it before Christmas:(

Wait and find out or call the delivery company this has been discussed long ago. Your family should be able to take the parcel. Else it may leave on your door step or go back to depot.

You will receive an email that the company tried to deliver and will be holding the item for a couple of days. You will need go to their website online and select the option for redelivery, you simply enter the number from the parcel delivery slip, you can select the option to give them permission to leave the parcel at the front door. Just keep an eye on your emails about the time you are expecting the item, they also send you an email on what day they are delivering.
You don't need to be home, just monitor it through your emails.

After awhile, I got quite fed up with trying to make a purchase as everything I'd clicked showed up as sold out.
Rectify this and I'll happily shop again.
I'm not a pre-order buyer and prefer to purchase at online shops when they have the product.

it used to frustrate me slightly also, but now I just look at it like everything is sold out and he only has in stock what he advertises through various social media sites.

same here... only thing in stock are new pre-order releases, so have to order them as soon as I see them

I believe PC posted Tracks thru Auspost but Auspost did not send notices so I myself was shocked I got something in my mailbox from Auspost that needs to be picked up at our nearest Business Hub.
