I found these guys while looking for a Generations Jetfire a while back. There was some confusion from their supplier and he ended up being shipped to their warehouse instead of my own home. When we discovered what happened, the issue was sorted out very quickly via express courier and I was a happy camper in the end.

Prices are very competitive and they seem to be ramping up their Transformers range now to include more of the cool stuff. I've since pre-ordered a bunch of Wave 2 Combiner Wars as well as MP Star Sabre from there so I'll post an update after they arrive.

Yeah prices are so good. I just added Wave 3 Combiner wars and Tracks to my pre-orders as well. Between these guys for the Hasbro/TT stuff and TFIdownunder for the 3P stuff, my wallet is so copping it this year. Yeah as there is not much feedback atm on this store. Thought I would sample purchase 1 item first. I'm sure the rest of wave 2 will pop up in stores anyways.

I've only completed the purchase of a leader Jetfire so far which got shipped to the wrong address by their supplier but it did end up being re-sent to me the next day with no dramas. They gave me free shipping on that order + next order as a goodwill gesture for the screw-up without me asking for anything so I thought that was very nice of them.

I understand that it is a rewards program to entice new customers but should not those who have already bought items but are yet to receive them get some reward for their business?
I apparently get 50 points for starting a new account, why would I not close my existing account and start a new account just to get the 50 points?

But our rewards program will not be backdated. it is a new program that came in from the date it was released. it is not feasable for our business to backdate points for over 2 years. we have adjusted prices for some items to allow the program to work and for us to remain profitable

Do we need to start new accounts to earn rewards?
I am sure I am not the only person on this forum with the following problem.

I have an existing account because I have bought items in the past that are yet to arrive.
If I try to start a new account through the rewards program it will not let me as my email address is already associated with my existing account. If I am not enrolled in the rewards program because of my existing account how can I get rewards points?
I have stuff that has payed for but not delivered so I do not want to close my old account (unless this is not a problem) but I would like to earn rewards for future purchases, how do I go about this?

The Takara Tomy price is more than the other UW releases to being with. This is still pretty cheap compared to the original Japanese price. The exchange rate of the figure alone comes to about AU$175. That's before any shipping middleman markup/fees are included. :)

The first two United Warriors are available thru other source in Japan so they can be cheaper. If UW03 Defensor can only be bought thru Takara Tomy Mall it will be at RRP 16200yen (as TAAU Blaster computed 175aud) postage not included,

As we pay for pre-order items up front I would imagine a "pile of loot" type system would be easy to set up. However since there postage rates are so reasonable (free for orders over $150 and capped at 9.95 for other orders). The POL systems are good for overseas sellers but I don't think it would be necessary for this site.

That's how my hot spot came and it was totally fine. The bubble wrap was at least 4 thick layers deep. Given that shipping is cheap / free and items ship as they arrive I wouldn't expect exuberant packaging. Although I suppose they could be more upfront about this on the website, as I know a lot of tf people are notoriously fussy when it comes to boxes.

Yes that is correct except they put them in a postage bag. I am a collector so when the boxes were dented I was not impressed. And I already ordered big expensive items from them so I am a bit worried that they may get damaged even more.

That is not the point. If you offer postage of items to your customers you should at least pack it in such a way that the item will not get damaged during the transit. By not doing so kind of shows how much PC cares about their customers when they receive the item. I am not saying that they are bad people but that is something they can improve on. Take as feedback for them. I am not trying to start a troll war.

Perhaps an option to have items posted in a box for a fee could be provided? I must confess I have not read their shipping policy and just assumed that items would be posted in a box. No doubt boxes will add to their cost base and necessitate a price increase but I would not be against a small price bump to increase protection.

I am not saying I need all boxes to be 100% guaranteed to be undamaged whatsoever, I just want to avoid bubble wrap packages I've received in the past with massive puncture wounds. A few damaged edges doesn't bother me.

Lowest prices in Australia with free shipping! Well in that case I'll have mine delivered via a pegasus and don't forget to wrap it in Egyptian silk so it doesn't get damaged!

Each to their own I'm sure they'll do just fine minus 5 or 6 customers. But I'll say one thing, if your buying from a new company read the terms and conditions before purchasing like I did and won't be disappointed.

This is not directed at anyone in particular but there seems to be a lot of negativety about the Aussie online retailers of late.
I just wanted to say that we as collectors are always looking for the best price item in the condition we want it in, we now finally have multiple Australian distributors for these items and it seems some just want tear strips off them.
Personally I am just happy that we now have these distributors so we don't have to pay horrendous exchange rates for our stuff. Also we need to appreciate that they are happy to interact with us directly and answer our questions on the forum which would never happen with any of the OS companies.
Basically if we want to continue to have these companies getting our 'Bots we need to support them (whichever store is your preference) so that their ordering power becomes greater and the retail price can become lower for us, the buyers.

Some people here seem to be soley focussed on getting the absolute best price possible and are happy to sacrifice other things. And there is nothing wrong with that, that is their choice.

Some others like myself see price as important but not the only factor. I also value careful packaging, timely responses to questions directed at their customer service email and the ability to pay with Paypal and/or delay payment on pre orders to close to the release date. In this regard I've found NY in Japan ticking all my boxes and will continue to purchase from them.

Again, each to their own.

Just received my MP10 reissue this morning! so happy. Was wondering if it came with the trailer and it did!

I have not had any major issues with premium and will gladly buy from them again and again. For me I love the lower prices as I like to open them up and play with them. Having a perfect box isnt a big deal for me. premium has tried to pack it even better this time, with plastic protectors on each corner of the MP10 box, but I think the external box was pushed down by the courier and still dented the box.

Perhaps like tfsource, there is an extra charge on mint boxes, premium can charge extra for packaging and delivery for people who want that. I think thats fair enough if a mint box is important.

But i definitely love the free shipping.

Sorry to hear that. Well I just got my Unite Warriors Superion from NY yesterday and I was amazed how well it was packed. I ordered two and they used a larger box, had plenty of bubble wrap plus air bags. Everything was minty. When I got my Star Saber and Exhaust it was packed just as well.

thanks for your comments. We do appreciate feedback, and the issue of the mint box premium is something that we are looking into, To do this we need to negoaite insurances with courier companies so if they are damaged in transit we can honor the mint box gurantee. thank you for raising this and is something we may be able to offer in the future as a premium box upgrade or something like that. thanks
