The same goes with stock knowledge too.
In Australia
"When will you be getting more Transformers?"
"I'm sorry, we don't know."
In Japan
"When will you be getting more Transformers?"
"Sunday 12:00." <---instant response without even having to look it up!

Spent over $300 at Toyworld today......Go to pay and not even a 'Hi, how are you?' Or even a 'Thank you' at the end. So rude.
We went to the US recently and shocked at how good the customer service was - I guess it shows the difference between staff who are happy to have a job and the entitled ones (australia).

We moved into our newly built house in December. One of the toilets became blocked after only a couple of months and I have just plunged it back to working order.
I'm now having a crap afternoon. I also expect people to take the piss out of this post!

Something is in my roof and it's woken me up every morning this week at 3am by scratching or whatever it's doing right above my bed!
Probably not a possum (not loud enough?) so it's possibly a rat? Posion went up into the roofspace last night so hopefully that will take care of it.
I just want an uninterrupted sleep! Not to be outside at 3am shining a torch at the roof like I was today.

Could be a rat or mouse. If there's one there's bound to be many more. I had a bird's nest in my previous house. Chicks chirp a fair bit so it was easy to identify.
With the poison bait you will need to check the roof cavity and remove any dead rodents otherwise you'll have the smell of death permeating through your house.

I had rodents at our place. I bought some cheap mousetraps. Tried some cheese and tried some peanut butter, both things the bastards stole without getting caught. In the end I sticky taped the bait onto it, and that worked in crushing their skulls instead of snapping their necks.
Best sound is when you hear scratching around, lay a trap, and in the middle of the night hearing a snap. And then silence lol

Don't you hate it when you toil over a purchasing decision, finally pull the trigger then half an hour later, out of nowhere you find something else you want as well!
I'm not short of the funds, but you know, trying to be a 'good boy' :D ... and strictly speaking i don't NEED this item (like half the shit i buy!)... but it is pretty rare that one pops up, and the damn thing is only 10 mins away from my home!

I won an item on ebay item that was listed as "Figures are new unopened and in good condition MISB"... but arrives with the box opened and the figures had been removed from the plastic insert (even has the bit of string floating around behind the plastic insert).
The seller had been on ebay since 1999, with 100% feedback at almost 300... so should have been reliable.
It's an item I'd still want if I'd paid half what I won it at, but it is not worth the price I did pay... and even if I managed to get them to refund a return of it, I'd still be out about $100 for shipping it here and back.
It's like a no-win situation when this happens, making it easy for people to get away with it.

But CHUG is a great collective term for the classics style lines that have evolved from....well the "classics" line.
It's simple, easy to remember and people know exactly what you're referring to. I honestly don't see how a harmless acronym can be annoying.
Perhaps you could suggest an alternative then?

Yeah I hate acronyms too.
So anyway, I'm thinking of rearranging my collection and was wondering if you guys could help me decide on the new shelf arrangement? All my C.H.U.G stuff is looking pretty messy at the moment and spilling over into my 3P combiner shelves. Fortunately I don't have any P.R.i.D figures as I was never a fan of that line. Also with my MP figures I'm not sure whether to have MP-11, MP-6 and MP-7 grouped together as a team or spread out similar to how I have set up MP-12, MP-14, MP-17 and so forth. As far as the A.E.C lines go all I have is armada Starscream so who would he go with? I'm fairly happy with my TFA shelf so I think that can stay where it is.

The person has offered to refund half back, saying that they didn't even check the box when they listed a number of items they got from someone else. They didn't think it was anything important, so didn't bother to check if it was still sealed.
If that's true and they do refund half, I think it will be a good reminder for them to check their items before listing them with acronyms like MISB.

Wait. That's what that meant!?:confused:
Oh, and your comments re: the use of Masterpiece production designations sans the actual name of the figure, I concur with too :/ - I purposely try to use both Name & Designation as much as possible so that, through repetition, I can remember both via association so that when I see the lone production designation I know what the hell that person is talking about. :)
Doesn't help either with Hasbro, for no apparent reason, deciding to completely disassociate their releases' production numbers from that of TakaraTomy's.

Right now I feel pretty PO'd by the universe.

Years ago i bought Alternators Laserwave/Shockwave from Japan. When i received it a letter was attached saying it had been opened and inspected by Australian Customs because it was a suspicious looking package. He had been half transformed and shoved back in the box and his muffler/gun was missing. I emailed them explaining that a part of the toy was missing, to which they replied they'll have a look for it, but in the end they said they didn't have it. After my initial annoyance, it didn't really bother me about the missing gun because Shockwave has his own arm weapon.
And the same year i had Masterpiece Megatron shipped from Japan with no problems.

Customs randomly inspect packages, not just ones containing suspicious material. From what I've seen, they've done this to a lot of people's items.

The EPA website says construction is prohibited under an environment act from being done in a residential area before 9am on a Saturday, and I'm waiting for a response to my email to the EPA to find out how to formally complain. I've got photos and video evidence.

See if the EPA website says 'rules' or 'guidelines' when it comes to your issue. If it's guidelines then don't expect them to do squat - they were of no help with the scare guns my neighbour uses for his grapes because of that bloody distinction :(

Why don't you just speak to your neighbours? You might get a favourable response instead of risking getting them offside. I had a similar situation with mine earlier this year. Spoke to them face-to-face and work didn't re-commence until 10 AM the following morning.

Toyota Corolla, Mazda 3, Subaru Impreza.
Also the newer model Korean cars like Hyundai are very reliable now. People bag them but I'd buy one.
Personally I'd go an Impreza, but that's because I'm a Subaru man and love AWD cars . Mazda 3 would be my logical choice because they're cheap, look ok, cost little to run, are reliable and are common so if something does go wrong, parts can be readily sourced. But the same could be said of all the cars I mentioned.

OMFG it gets even better, now its going to cost nearly $400 for a sensor in the distributor just to keep it on the road.
Its not worth fixing but I need a car till I can find another one.
As soon as I can get something decent, mine gets a bullet

Car = money pit.
You know, there was a stage of my life where I was actually hoping the engine in my car would let go. Then I could justify building a stronger engine that could handle moar b00st.
It's safe to say that at that stage I had rocks in my head
My advice Morgs is to buy the newest car you can. Hopefully then it'll last you longer.

After spending quite a few hours on the Rise of the Dark Spark game, it won't play more than a few minutes without stopping... telling me that the "game data is corrupted, and needs to be deleted".
From what I can see online, it means I have to either delete the saved files of the game, or the entire hard-drive (or a restore of system files, which could automatically delete saved files). I won't lose the trophies (managed to get 27 of the 51), but it will mean starting the game from scratch and losing all the accumulated achievements, like Prime mode and any remaining challenges that accumulate to earn a trophy.
If it means losing all the game data, I probably won't bother going back to the game... it's just too much to redo just to get back to what I was.

I had that trouble with FOC.
I think I fixed it by going into the game data file and deleting the install data. IIRC.
I didn't need to clean the harddrive completely to fix it up.

I know your pain. After getting the car back for the third time with a "yes its fixed, good to go" it broke down on me 3 times in 20 mins. Over it. Time for a car that isnt 20 years old.

An email from Amazon Japan, saying that my 2014 Generations volume 2 book has been returned as undeliverable, and they are issuing a refund... but looking on the tracking link it never left Japan. It says it arrived at the DHL mail centre in Nagoya Japan, was processed, and then returned... it didn't even get to Australia, let alone be "rejected" - which would never happen with a PO Box address.
Now I gotta order another one, and hope that one gets here.
(for some strange reason, they refunded my shipping as well, and since it was paid in AU$, I'm only out on time, not money)
Anyone else have this problem with Amazon Japan?

Never had that problem before. Perhaps something happened in transit to Nagoya that rendered it undeliverable, like the label coming off or something...
After all, Japan has crazy label technology where you can pull off a label without ripping the box - maybe it wasn't stuck so good! :p
Since you got the refund already, it couldn't hurt to enquire about it never leaving Japan; you wouldn't want the same thing to happen again somehow. They have responded to me in English before and pretty quickly too.

I've ordered quite a few books from Amazon Japan and never had that problem. Feels a little bit whacky. I wonder if DHL damaged it to the point of embarrassment, so they all thought it's just easier to do it with a refund.
Maybe Amazon just automatically refunds everything that gets returned in certain circumstances, instead of emailing the customer and going through the hassle of communication.

Not Amazon Japan but have had the exact same thing with Amazon US about this time last year. I just received an email advising the parcel was returned as undeliverable and refund was being processed (for both items and shipping) and if I still wanted them, order them again but check my postage details - which were correct.
The i-Parcel tracking showed it never left The States - was most annoyed as one item had since sold out and was no longer able to be ordered (even though I was pretty sure they must have had at lease one in stock again!).

I rang up DHL here, and they rejected the package at their Japan sorting centre because it had a POBox address.
Before I called, I had a look at my previous purchases, and they all went via DHL, which I mentioned... and they said that they mustn't have been an incepted before it was sent to Australia.
I figured that DHL was a non-POBox courier, but didn't realise that it had gone through them before.
So I'll have to order another one, and change my postal address to my home address... and just hope deliveries show up at my home, or don't get pinched by pedestrians walking past.
(preventing us from using a POBox is only for their security, not for ours)

Most councils take this sort of thing very seriously. I know that a few in Sydney have apps you can download and if you see a pothole or the like you take a photo and it sends it to the council with the GPS coordinates so they can come out and fix. When they start to get people sending them bills to have $1000 lightweight or chrome wheels repaired/replaced off their cars because they hit a pothole on Parramatta road, they get on top of those things pretty quick.

Haven't had a good night sleep in two weeks due to a f-ing Little Wattlebird deciding to be a loud alarm clock every crack of dawn for two hours. Maybe an early night tonight? No because some f-ing neighbours house alarm has been going off non stop for at least two hours loud enough that I can't block it out from my house. And to top it off I've got a cold coming on so I really need to rest and I can't go stay at my dad's place because he's still reciprocating from major surgery and I don't want to pass the cold on. Unfortunately as an EX council worker and knowing the regulations on these kind of incidents i can only offer this advise. As the council will probably tell you that these types of infarstructure is not up to council to maintain as they are provided by an external source, the best thing is to find out if it is a telstra, optus or the road authority for Brisbane ( RMS in Sydney ) or any other kind of structure. As most councils do look after drainge covers and other stuff, if thats what it was then sure take it to them. But if not they won't accept liability as they do not maintain these other structures, as they are not permitted to touch them. Sorry to hear what happened but your best outcome is to find out who the structure is maintained by and take it to them.

That's fraud, I'd be taking it to HR if you're not comfortable with taking it to your manager. regardless of if you are thinking of coming back in a different role, the company needs to know it has people working there who take advantage of the systems and fellow workers.

I'd steer clear of ex-rentals, there is a general stigma of rental cars being treated poorly by renters. I've got to admit on occasion I have driven them a little harder than I've driven my own car.
they have minimum spent on maintenance so it's possible thee are underlying problems that won't show up till a year or two down the track that are a result of early maintenance negligence.
If you're not going for something new, I'd recommend something with an up to date log book, that's a sign that the previous owners cared enough to take it to regular services and probably didn't mistreat it since they were paying good dollars to make sure it was up to scratch.

Another frustrating transaction with the Ebay Global Shipping Program...
Scrolling from the bottom to the top (below), the item was bought in California on the 11th and dropped off at Fedex the same day. Fedex sent it in the opposite direction to Kentucky on the eastern side of America, which I was hoping is the Fedex sorting centre. It sat there until the 14th, when it was then sent back to LA in California, and sat there until the 17th... until they finally passed it off to another delivery company I've never heard of before (WN Direct).
It now has a new tracking number on their site, and it says it is still waiting to be loaded onto the next VAustralia flight, which means I won't see it before Monday the 24th.
So much for the "express" in "Fedex" when they sit on parcels for 3 days at a time.

Wow I spose it's a good run that this thread went a month without a post, but tonight i was just falling asleep early for the first time since, well, the last post in this thread basically, when an almighty crack of thunder awoke me, snapped awake and decided to go down stairs for a drink... only to find my garage/kitchen/dining room/cupboard under the stairs being flooded.
Guess it was flash flooding that the drain the driveway couldnt handle all at once... Old thick chair cushion in the doorway and I moved the small shelf next to thetv to lift the rug and began sweeping water away. Half an hour of sweeping/mopping and now i cant sleep ... Nothing damaged except cardboard boxes from appliances luckily.

Thanks yeah all the empty boxes at the front of the cupboard provided enough buffer to protect the full ones until we blocked the water.

The GF (now fiance - that's a post for the Happy thread) and I recently bought a house. We've been leasing it out while her place is on the market.
We received a call and text message from the tenant yesterday.
Turns out the neighbour (50-something bloke) crashed through our brick fence out the front.
My comment to the GF?

We had a car crash through the front bedroom of one of our investment properties in the middle of the night a few years ago , the driver was lucky that the tenant was asleep on the lounge in the back room .. seems to be an epidemic of houses jumping in front of cars lately

Had a leaking aircon at home. It would drip from the unit inside the lounge room (split system). The wife called a repairman to come out. All he did was fill up a plastic water bottle with hot water and squirt it through the front of the unit. He said the dripping was due to condensation and built up dirt inside. All up - $200 to squirt some hot water through my aircon which took a total of 10 mins. Money well spent.... NOT!!!! Maybe it's me, but I would have just charged the call-out fee at a minimum and waive the service charge because I would have it in the back of my mind that it could lead to repeat business. It happen just after two years , just out of the normal warranty period but lucky i had extended warranty so it was free , if he charged me i would of felt ripped off....
he knew the problem straight away .... So something like that they could of just advice you first to try a simple fix and see...then if that didn't work they could come out and take a look ...

I just wanted to say a big thankyou to Australia Post or the US Postal service, for destroying another box of mine.
Usually it is a corner of another box that has been thrown into the soft side of a box, damaging contents that are snugly packed inside... but not this time.
This time it looks like they stacked the box upright instead of flat on its strongest side (and the direction of the items stacked inside the box), and something very heavy was placed on top of what was supposed to be the side of the box, crushed it inwards like an accordion on items that probably wouldn't have been damaged if the same weight was on top of the box, due to the way the items were stacked and layered with padding.
It totally destroyed one toy's packaging (not surprisingly it was the one that I was most wanting to keep intact from this shipment), and wrinkling up several others from the sideways pressure.
This is why they used to have stickers that said "this way up" and "fragile"... neither of which apply in this modern age of automated parcel sorting and cheap out-sourced labour that throws items in and out of planes.

Isn't it possible to claim insurance from the deliverer for items that are damaged in transit?
griffin
24th February 2015, 05:58 PM
I imagine, not unless you pay for insurance... unless the postal service has a standard limited value insurance, and paying for insurance gets you full coverage.
Otherwise, why charge insurance as extra if items are already covered.
Actually, I haven't checked to see if Insurance is included in any of the items send to me with various shipping methods that people overseas have used. I never take notice, as I usually look for the cheapest, which sometimes doesn't even have registration included.

I think you can, with value up to $100. I couldn't be bothered with the jacket, but yours is obviously a different case. Give Australia Post a call and let us know how you go.

Yeah, registered post in Australia includes $100 of insurance, then you can pay for additional.
I ask because there was a case (on MacrossWorld) where an item arrived badly broken and when the buyer tried to claim a refund from the online store they replied that the item looked like it was damaged in transit* and would therefore be eligible for insurance through UPS (or whoever it was).
*it obviously wasn't.

Who's buying all the g1 leader megatrons? I've been to four stores and the only leader has been armada megs :(
It's either:
G1 Megatron is so popular that everyone's buying him while Armada Megatron is being left on the shelf only being bought a minority
OR
With how distribution is happening, they think Armada Megatron is gonna sell more than G1 Megatron which means more Armada Megatrons are being sent to stores, compared to the G1 Megatrons.
I don't know the case all I know is that Armada Megatron is probably gonna be a shelfwarmer.
griffin
11th March 2015, 06:31 PM
The problem is that Leader Cases only hold two units, so it can either only release a single toy, or two toys in a wave... which means that if it has two new toys in the case, they had better be equally popular or else one will shelfwarm (if they order enough to cover the popular one) or one will disappear fast (if they order light to prevent shelfwarming).
I probably would have left Armada Megatron to the second wave with Thundercracker, who would have less demand because of the upcoming Starscream and using the Jetfire mould... both of which will lead many collectors skip Thundercracker if they can't afford multiple Leader class toys or don't by multiple redecos.
The Gen1 Megatron should come out again with Thundercracker though... hopefully. But Wave one is the assortment that Retailers are most likely to buy most of, so in Hasbro's eyes, having two different toys in Wave 1 cases gets "variety" on the shelf from the start, instead of having to wait two or three months for Hasbro to get another toy out onto the Leader Class shelf of the stores.

Random rant that i just need to tell someone about, Paypal sent me a $10 voucher, to my account that I've had forever, so i figure good timing was gonna buy a couple things, that $10 means i can buy something else along with it and it would make it retail price. Anyway no matter what i do i get to paypal payment and it said this voucher is linked to another paypal account and cant be used... So i try more things, changing emails, deleting and adding my ebay from paypal etc. and in the end last ditch try before bed i decide of the 2 options it says 'log in to another account' or 'continue without voucher', i click the log in, figuring i'll just try the alternate email thats on the account... But no, it just goes ahead and completes the transaction for the full amount...
I know it's only $10 but now I've paid 30% more than retail for something, and been fked around trying to get it to work for half an hour for nothing... (Well, -$10 in the end).

Ah so not just me? I got the email voucher not 5 minutes after getting off the phone to paypal about another issue so i figured maybe it was just me as kind of a little gift/sorry.
Edit: feel kinda bad after reading whitlpool and thinking of the 2 emails i seny paypal (one from their help service and one in response to the automated "based on your selection here are common solutions, if these dont help send us more infomration"). Was having a very assertive day yesterday, after taking my wife to a doctor, disagreeing with their diagnosis and asking for a second opinion, something i am neither qualified nor would normally do (passive introvert) but they got another 2 doctors to do a quick check and they agreed with me.
Anyway looks like some people are getting $10 credited... so here's hoping.
(For those wondering, it seems the voucher was intended for accounts that have been inactive for 12 months, but was obviously wrongly sent to many many more recipients).

Why are there always so many workers needed for roadside construction/repair? 80% of them seem to just stand around.
Also my physio was telling me how she had a traffic controller (stop/go sign guy) come in for treatment under workers comp. He was gloating how he gets $37.50 an hour and RDO's etc. Where's the motivation for people in this country to progress through to higher education. Makes me sick.

Yeah mate my dad's ex-friend was over 60 and used to volunteer for all the early morning traffic control jobs cos he'd get allowance and around 45$ an hour back in 2000ish... When i did work experience at my local council office in hogh school almost all the office workers had traffic control tickets and when i asked a guy why he said 'it's basically free money and we rotate around'.

Had one of the busiest weeks at work last week leaving me exhausted by the end. Monday was Parent Teacher interviews - 80 odd 5 minute interviews with constant talking. Followed that up with a meeting for all of Tuesday with the head of mathematics for the VCAA discussing the finer points of implementing the new senior Mathematics curriculum. Riveting. Didn't see my daughter awake from Sunday night to Wednesday night and she looked at me as though she didn't know who I was. Thursday was more freaking parent teacher interviews with another 80 odd interviews, but the killer was...
I get an email on Friday from my retailer in Japan that I'd bought MP Exhaust from telling me that he wasn't able to secure one for me. He's the second Japanese retailer that's fallen through on this one and now they're being scalped on ebay for ridiculous prices.

Bit harsh don't you think?
What's wrong with a traffic controller getting $37.50 an hour and RDOs? It's a crap job. You get abused by the motoring public who threaten you with violence and call you lazy. Your life is regularly put in danger by inattentive and reckless motorists (ask any traffic controller how many times a month they nearly get run over), you work weird, ever changing hours and more. I have my TC tickets but have never used them. It's a work requirement in case of emergency. And the training (not to mention working with TCs and trusting them literally with my life on a day to day basis) gave me an appreciation of what they do. Yes there are a lot of sub par TCs out there that shouldn't have a job, but the industry struggles to get people because most of the workforce is part time due to the requirements of jobs.
Just because a job doesn't require a tertiary education doesn't mean it shouldn't be well paid. And the people that choose to do that job should be free from judgement from others.

So today at Town Hall they have moved the turnstiles from it's original location to a new area which puts the toilets in the ticketed area. But that's not what upsets me. It's the fact that the route I take to catch the bus is now a lot more complex and time consuming. For starters I have to grab my opal ticket and tap on, then wait a bit so I can tap off on the other side! These upgrades to Town Hall Station are getting up my nerve

So, 4 weeks ago I somehow managed to do my neck some decent soft tissue damage, causing me to have a week off work and have the single most horrible headache I've ever had for 3 days straight. The next week rolls by with everything going well and then I do my lower back. Stupidly intense pain and the inability to move followed for another few days. To give you an idea, I went to a remedial massage guy and after the session it took another 15 minutes for me to get up off his table, I was in that much pain. Needless to say I have also had another week off work. NOW I have a cold that has me feeling like I've been hit by a bus, I have a ridiculously sore throat and am coughing up so much brown stuff I'm wondering if I'm losing actual esophagus tissue.

if I was travelling the slightest bit faster I would be wearing him all over my windshield. the speed he was travelling there was no way to know he wanted to cross the road. I was already traveling on/trough the crossing before he decided to ride out in front of me

In my area there is always people wearing dark clothing that like to cross the road suddenly and from between cars.
Now by default, I always go slow because I don't know when they will come out.
Also yesterday, I had an odd experience with a guy driving a tradie ute. I came out of a drive way when a car was like 100 meters away on a 50km/h road. As I came out all leasurely, he deicide to blow the horn all the way until I finished coming out. Because he was so far, the horn was this big elongated racket that he continued pressing until he finally reached where I was. I don't know what his problem was, he was too far away to begin with and obviously he saw me at some considerable distance.

Unless designated otherwise, that cyclist shouldn't have even been riding on a footpath in the first place. In my neighbourhood, we often get cyclists who:
1/ Don't wear helmets
2/ Don't use/have lights on while cycling at night
3/ Don't ride on the correct side of the road

Speaking of phones, I had a lady tailgate me yesterday. The annoying thing is, she initially tailgated me because I was driving at 40km/h in a normally 60km/h zone because there was roadworks and temporary signs installed that said "ROADWORK 40" -- and as everyone knows, it means you have to slow down to the roadwork speed limit, not continue driving at the normal speed limit! But even after we left the roadworks area and I sped up to the regular posted speed, she kept on tailgating me! Later on we were side by side at red lights, and I noticed that she was texting on her phone. The lights turned green and as I took off, I saw that she hadn't moved, and the car behind her beeped her. :D #carma

Ugh! So frustrating when Ebay sellers cancel listings because they get a better offer outside Ebay.
I was the high bidder on a couple items (with other multiple bidders) and the auction was set to finish tonight. This morning I get bid cancellation notices on all the items. It makes me so very frustrated when sellers do that! I know it's not against the rules - but damn its so rude! I understand cancelling auctions if there are no bids or only 1 bid but when there are multiple bids and the finish time is under 24 hours - that's just not right.
I'll admit I'm more frustrated because I was the high bidder - but what happened to etiquette? Closing a listing with bids and under 24 hours remaining is just wrong. It shouldn't be allowed. I won't be bidding on that seller's auctions again:mad:

Hah same. But I get tailgated a lot on my motorbike, i blast off the line (not like an idiot), straight to 80 and the car behind me (usually an ss commodore or ute...) floor it til they've closed the large gap and are tailgating me, but what annoys me a lot is people not taking notice around them and seeing people's indicators who want to change lanes etc. Story from last week I came out of a side street onto a main road. Was in right lane of a 3 lane road that in 3 blocks, the right lane would go into a tunnel, so i had 3 blocks to change lanes and immediately put my left indicator on to do so. The car behind me immediately started tailgating me, and i was next to the end of a bus and the guy behind it was tailgating it... For a block i was looking back at him in his own world, trying to get across that i wanted to change, wandering to the edge of the lane but nothing... So i tried to slow a bit, but the guy behind me didnt wanna slow down and got closer, and the second car behind the bus was also tailgating... Sigh...
So with my lane running out the road bent, and the guy eased off a bit behind the bus, so i jumped at the chance and merged, he was slowing so i was safe, but he still gave the horn a short beep, and signalled to change lanes right, which the other guy let him, and he floored it to get next to me and give me the 'what the hell?' Hand, which i did the same to him, and just as he flipped me the bird, the shadow of the sign on the overpass got to his face and he looked up and realised he was now going into the tunnel, his face was priceless.

I just got made redundant today. I had this job for over 14 years.
I had to search old USB sticks around the house looking for a copy of my resume as I had no hope of remembering the dates of my other jobs.
sorry to hear Thurmus, hopefully you can pick something up soon and save some of your redundancy package for something more than staying away from Centrelink.
like others said, 14 years makes you a solid prospect for a future employer. What field are you in?
