Sucks about Chaddy. Might check out highpoint. PLEASE BE THERE. I extremely want this as, since I was about 4, I watched reruns of G1 and I REALLYwanted a G1 Optimus so bad, no matter which one. I instead got Cybertron Optimus as it was the only one on shelf at the time. I have still always wanted a definitive Optimus Prime toy. This means a lot to me.

TRU had the for sale sign for MP Prime but nothing there. There were no signs that indicated MP TC. Since TRU is having a sale on TF's this week (even though the sale sucks, not much on the shelves) so if Chady TRU were to get MP TC it wouldn't be until the sale is over. And when they get it in the box's will be damaged and toy most likely broken as what happens with all other MP figures that TRU Chady gets.

TRU at highpoint also has 2-3 legends goldbugs, a few optimus maxes and the three pack of prime figures. They also have the movie bumblebee. (leader? Weaponizer? The one with the yellow packaging) No Primes or TCs either. That was TRU by the way.

What pisses me off the most is that there was 4 on shelf when i was there, and i go pick the one with rust.:mad: My luck sucks and its also 1hr to get down there and back.

Thanks for the tip, but i'm not sure how to remove the metal rod without breaking the trailer. I did however spent 1hr with a sharp object scrapping at the rust followed by using a cloth to wipe off whatever i could, the result isn't too bad.

Sandown collectors fair on again today. I had very limited time there due to other commitments so didn't get prices on everything there. In short, more TFs there than the last couple of meets.

Highlights:
- Some loose G1s in fair condition, over $100
- boxed G1's, some of them encores and some not - based on prices, I'd suggest a few KO's among them. There was a loose in box G1 Hound ("Genuine Mexican release" I was told) for $175 - it was pristine, with unapplied labels and perfect chrome on the weapons. I would love one of these, but I don't know enough about KO's to be sure, so left it.
- 2 Masterpiece Megatron, two seperate sellers, both $285. Also MP Starscream ( coronation one I think), and a MP Skywarp.
- Reissue Seacons for $125
- Lots of movie stuff from a regular seller there, including a Buster Prime for well over $100, but I didn't get the exact price.

Wish I'd spent at least an hour more to get more details and have a proper look around, but alas...

Thats pretty good price for the Ghost Starscream. I picked mine up at the end of 2011 for $100 at TRU when it was $50 off.

Was just at Kmart Burwood (24 hr). They had around 5 Optimus Primes for $39.

grimlock was 55 dollars
movie masters were 80 dollars
Mp-10 was 140 but i convinced them target had him for 100

if anyone wants starscream here's your chance i'm not sure how many their left but i saw at least 3.

I went to northland toysrus this morning and they only had 7 optimus maximus and one each of bumblebee and optimus prime masks. It was depressing how small their transformers section has become.

Went down to TRU Frankston this morning (Thanks for the tip Kalel :))- they had two MP Ghost Starscreams left on the clearance trays for $60 ($59.98) each. I picked them both up so one will be for me and the other for a Melbourne board member who wants it but was unable to get down to Frankston.

I've posted it for $60 in the Sales thread - all the regular rules will apply but I'm not offering postage as the cost would nullify the saving.

I've had a long talk with them and they have said that their shipments are not doing to well. Something about unreliable delivery guys. I still have a certain matter that I am waiting for them to give to me...:p;)

I assumed when then new member said "they had" perhaps they meant "they had in the past". The lack of proper capitalisation and punctuation in all the new member's posts suggests to me English is not their first language.

The Ghost Starscream was found at Frankston Toys R Us for $60 though over the weekend.

Or it's possible that Grimlock is the FOC Grimlock? And perhaps the person saw the Hasbro toys of Bumblebee and Starscream that were released as Masterpieces in Japan.

The Ghost Starscreams at Frankston TRU were in what they called the stock overflow trays in the middle of an aisle, not on a shelf near the rest of the (pitifully few) other TFs in their section. I have a feeling that these may have just been the last few at the TRU warehouse that have been thrown onto a pallette destined for a random TRU that wound up being Frankston.

That's some solid convincing! MP-10 was a TRU exclusive - its amazing that they believed Target could sell it!
