Went to Casey Central on the news that the Toyworld there had some of the TF Ooshies advent calendars. They sold the last ones this morning before I was there.

Posted on TFW (http://www.tfw2005.com/boards/threads/bumblebee-1-step-shatter-optimus-prime-in-australia.1164012/), the second wave of Energon Igniters Power series (Shatter jet, Blitzwing, Optimus) were found at the Kmart at Eastland Shopping Centre.
That's now looks to be all of the regular release Bumblebee Movie toys out here. If there aren't any more to come, at least if these shelfwarm, they aren't preventing later wave toys from showing up here.

Yes, as with most late wave toys, it was initially hard to find, but now seems to be showing up in force (I saw heaps in HK last month, and is now showing up here and in America at clearance stores).
This is despite it being on a list of items Hasbro noted should not be coming here... along with another item I found today that wasn't expected to be coming to Australia (Tiny Changers wave 2).

Considering Myer is drawing the ire of it's shareholders lately over it's poor quarterly profits, Myer has to be careful how it prices it's goods. Long gone are the days it could gouge $5 or $10 dollars extra on top of the RRP on deluxe Transformers.

The rest were all regular releases... that aren't guaranteed to appear here if there isn't enough retailer demand. Or, if it was part of a small top-up shipment from China, it might only end up in one store (not as an exclusive, but because their purchase order was big enough to take up most/all of the stock at the Hasbro warehouse).

Was at the CBD today. There was not a single Siege nor PotP Transformer at Target or Big W (at least none that I could see).

Went to Myer to see if the Wave 2 Dinobots were still there. There were none, and the store assistant I spoke with said they'd been getting phone calls in the morning from people asking about them. She was kind enough to check if there were more in the back-storage area, but there was not a single Transformer left in storage. What was on the shelves was what they had. I did however see on the shelves 2 Moonracers, a Sinnertwit and Cutthroat (one each), lots of Rodimus Unicronus, and 2 or 3 Predakings. There was also some Studio Series Brawl. Moonracer looks pretty good in real-life and I was tempted, but I left her on the shelf because I'm on a tight budget and she wasn't a planned purchase for me.

At the Reject Shop, I saw TLK Drift and Cogman one-step changers. Minotaur had some PotP Prime Masters (Megatronus, Quintus Prime, Solus Prime). Big W had a few Studio Series Deluxes (the orange Lamborghini guy and Ratchet).

It was definitely still sealed, and since this wave was just released in the last two days, there's no way (or reason) this was a swapover-and-return toy.
This is a genuine factory error.
(I was tempted to buy it myself, but $50 for a figure that won't really attract much attention or value, was a bit much to waste on a toy I won't ever play with.)
