Last time I saw Siege Thundercracker was at BigW Belmont, but that was MONTHS ago. Thundercracker is up on Amazon AU though for $49.99, not sure if it's free shipping or not but he's there. Was there nothing at Midland gate Kmart or did you not look there?

Went to Morley yesterday and nothing new. MYER still has enough Earthrise figures for three stores (though I didn't see Starscream, surprisingly) and three shelf-warming Studio Series figures. Kmart had SS Megatron, Mixmaster and Netflix Siege Chromia. I regret not going out to buy the Netflix stuff haha, literally only lacking the Decepticons and it's all gone.

I ended up going along. Quick summary - lots of Lego, Star Wars, and Funko Pops. Not really a huge selection of Transformers, although there were a few (mostly SS and some Earthrise, including a Sky Lynx) and a loose Mirror (https://tfwiki.net/wiki/Mirror). Almost everything was in original packaging; there's not much if you're looking to scavenge some cheap second-hand items. The $10 entry fee only applied between 9:15 and 9:30, presumably to cope with any rush.

There wasn't much TF stuff sure but there was a couple interesting things. A huge 3P Swoop, some of those terrible Energon happy meal toys and a few weird Megatron and Optimus from various obscure old lines. I think the Megs was a deluxe white tank from universe?

The ties are not tight so the dents at the edges of the boxes are not very deep or not present at all. However, all have other general box damage e.g. corner dents, small flap tear, bending/creasing of the top corners, small cardboard scuffings, dent of the side. I checked with the counter and there are no other ones at the back.

Did hasbro do a asian run on the re release from kmart?

The reissue G1 Optimus Prime (without trailer) in Hasbro English packaging was first released as a Walmart exclusive in USA and a general release in Asia (outside Japan) in late 2018/early 2019, and now as a Kmart exclusive in Australia.

The same reissue G1 Optimus Prime but in TakaraTomy Japanese packaging was then released as a set of 2 (together with repaint of studio series Optimus Prime from the Bumblebee movie) as an online exclusive in Japan and general release in Asia in late 2019, and EB Games/Zing exclusive in Australia in early 2020.

Yes, all Transformers of the same size class and subline share the same code, Deluxe, Voyager etc. It's annoying when you're looking for a specific one but it's great for sales, since it means they're all discounted, regardless of wave.
