Decided I have a look, you missed the first edition leader prime and "silver knight" prime as well as the repackaged battle action figures from movie 4 :eek:

But the stall seemed iffy, it seems like the figures may of been overstocks from china/hongkong marked up, but they had several other figures that were outright bootlegs (especially the nendoroid pokemon trainer and the figma hulk-its rare to see a figma in australia below $50 let alone the hulk at his size).

Six whole deluxe Rodimus in CBD Target today, most I've seen in one spot since the wave 3 release. None of the others though.
Then about 6 Liokaisers (not sure of price) and 10+ Fort Max ($295) in Myers CBD if you're still looking.

Just been to Chadstone and TF shelves are basically empty in most stores.

Target had a bunch of Hot Rods, several Twinfernos and a Triggerhappy, plus one Sawback and two Fangrys. Fangry looks pretty nice!

TRU had heaps and heaps of Skytread and Brawn (but only those two) and a bunch of scruffy looking CW and UW box sets, plus a Fort Max and G1/AOE Dinobots box set

Would have thought Blaster would've been the popular one, $29 is a steal even if the size bothered you. PMOP must be more popular than I thought. Same goes for the post 86 Generations (TR) figures. Have not been to the Pakenham one for a while and shame they would have such high prices at one situated in a working class suburb, especially when compared to Elsternwick's location. Normally the Toyworlds sell at the standard RRP.

Kmart had one each of the TR Wave 3 deluxes. Only Wave 2 Voyagers.

TRU has such a huge empty space where TFs should be. Waiting on movie stuff maybe? At the end of the aisle was newly put out MMPR movie toys (all looks awful).

The Combiner Force Warriors weren't to be seen anywhere else. No Broadsides or wave 3 Voyagers. Wave 3 TR Deluxes lots of places though.

Frankston K-mart has the wave 3 deluxes and Voyagers and the RID Combiner Force Warriors and Legions. Didn't see Broadside sadly. The TF section has been moved an aisle away, is much larger now and has a large amount of empty unmarked pegs(Are we getting movie figs sooner than expected?).
Target there has some wave 3 Legends(only Bumblebee and Kickback are left though) and deluxes.
ToysRUs remains an empty wasteland and in more sections than just the TF area, every other store had just put out the Lego Batman Movie sets and other new Lego releases but TRU hasn't yet.
Myer is looking more barren than usual but if you want a Fort Max they still have plenty

And in items I don't think anyone has seen in a good decade news, Trade Secret had some sort of Transformers Energon sticker set on the divider wall by the register

High Point (Toys R Us, Big W, Target, Toyworld, that's hot pop culture shop, zing, skipped myer due to escalator being down and EVERYONE was using the lift all at once) nothing here at all either though at the toyworld they had these lost age titan type figures (big, little articulation, barely painted) with optimus, bumblebee and drift, $15.99

One trend I noticed is target stores are trying to clear space but it seems the CW leaders are clogging it (those skywarps are never gonna move at $69!) and even the star wars stuff seems to be on the way out, while big w stores are SHRINKING tf related sections, lets hope they change things a bit here.

For those who follow "the little toy company" (they're vic based so I thought it was relevant since they allow stock pick up) you may of noticed they started taking pre-orders for TLK figures starting next month so that could be an indicator of what I feared...

Once again, we're getting stuff after everyone else, unless someone reports otherwise in the CBD or something during the week...I hoped to find some of those little mini figs in blindbags at least, I still have high hopes for kmart stores but we shall soon see

Those are from the second year of licensed diecast vehicles by Dickie, that have been showing up in Europe, Asia and America. I guess when Hasbro gave up on doing overpriced diecast vehicles (RPMs & Speedstars), they licensed it out to another business to do overpriced diecast vehicles. :p

But they also had wave 3 TR voyagers, at 4:30pm they had ONE megatron and ONE optimus prime, but when I went in for a second look hours later (to see if they had the tlk deluxes :( ) it was just the optimus left, they also restocked RID one steps, and they got heaps of RID legions and wave 3 TR titan masters.

K-mart in Frankston had TLK Deluxes, Legions, the blind bags and some of the other misc gimmick stuff. Basically nothing no one else hasn't already found. Target and TRU haven't changed anything yet and while I didn't have the time to look in Myer, their recent rearrangement of the toy section to a much smaller floor area leaves little room for new figures anyway so I wouldn't expect much there.

Myer CBD has nothing new but are clearly waiting for new stuff as their toy section has alot of tlk graphics up, that said they also have star wars 40th anniversary and are seemingly clearing out the star wars junk so who knows.

Zing near flinders station in the city has a lone leader tr soundwave and blaster (seems to be the pattern, a soundwave and a blaster...could it be a revision wave because that blaster wasn't there last week if my memory hasn't failed me, I know soundwave is usually on his own).

Target:Finally got the diecast rid cars in and seems the leaders are down to...$59 for the CW leaders (was it 69 before or 59, been there so long I swear I'm seeing things) but other than a tr deluxe breakway and some twinferno's (seems to be the shelf warmer of wave 3) nothing else of note.

Big w:space is being cut once again, its so tiny where they go, lets hope when tlk comes in this changes

toyworld:still same old RID2015 warriors from the last wave we got and so forth.

Really unless you want tlk from kmart no where else got much, you'd think the others would jump on into all of this, oh well soon TRU will open up and we'll have another place to check out

I saw blur, soundwave and wingblade with battlemask at big w morwell. But unlike your success they took it off me and took them all of the shelf. That annoyed me greatly considering they had them on the shelf.

Differs from place to place depending on management and staff attitude, many a time I've argued with big w staff about price screw ups and they'd key in the code and let me go with the price I thought I saw, but these were younger staff who had no clue what they were doing.

Other's they'd search the whole store just because a single hotwheels car was missing its barcode (one of those odd promo cars) just to get the price confirmed.

I don't see the reason why they'd take it off you personally, makes sense for movie tie in stuff like an experience with the exclusive black series figure they had at toys r us (but they were able to hold it because, as I told them, no way would it be there for me on a Saturday since it was going on sale 2 days from when I found them and I had to work).

Did they least give a reason?

The "we can't sell you this as it's not in the system" is a pretty common occurrance. I do find that Big W is the worst performing store for having toys on the shelf that aren't keyed into the system. You take your chances in those situations, sometimes pays off, sometimes doesn't.

I got some Star Wars figures the other day because they were on clearance at Big W, according to the shelf tag and the price checker, but when I got to self serve they came up full price and I had to wait while a staff member was called, walked off and looked and came back to say, yes it's the cheaper price.

What's the point of this story? Nothing really, I just getting really peeved off when I get held up at checkout because stock prices aren't properly accounted for in the system
