Last time I checked they had CW and the old Prime RiD Voyagers (Bulkhead, Starscream). But admittedly that was on the day of the last Parramatta Fair, which was a month ago. :o

Thanks to it not scanning I nabbed RiD Grimlock for $12 from Target Blacktown.

They had nothing from combines Wars and it was a bomb site in the Tf section, a real mish mash of TF4 and RiD.

Myer had some wave one CW deluxes and voyagers as well as two a Thundercracker legends.

Didn't bother with Big W.

Target Macquarie has a few RID legions and warrior class toys. I was tempted to buy Steeljaw (both legion and warrior) and a warrior Bumblebee, but decided to not due to the fact the lines were long, and I was in a rush.

When I got mine on Thursday they wouldn't scan/weren't in system so I got them for $18 each, standard is $30 I believe, if you have a Target nearby they will price match if you bring the current (until 20/4) 20% off toys catalogue with you.

As for Voyager and Legend figures, my Big W didn't have any on shelf or out the back so waiting until next delivery.

It's only new out in the last week, and we aren't like Japan/Asia that sees stock released pretty much everywhere at once. Wave 2 has only trickled into just a few stores so far, and is so new that they didn't even have it in their system to scan at the registers.
Wave 2 hasn't even arrived yet at the other store-chains, so give it a couple weeks, and Wave 2 will probably be the only toys you see in every store.

It's actually a funny one because while Uncle Pete's at Castle Towers and Warringah Mall are listed on the Casey Toy's website (and Uncle Pete's), the ones at Tuggerah and Macarthur Square are now Toymate. Based on how these stores work I say that Caseys Toys and Toymate are the exact same (or similar) store to Toyworld for various reasons (they had the Combiner War toys stocked first, Gen Jetfire was available there before Toys R Us)

I've been using Optimus Prime as a placer for the time being. Can't wait for Motormaster and Blackjack. And then all I have to do is wait for wave 3, then wait for the Stunticons to come out (if they ever)

True ei... seems that all that's on most shelves are remnants of the Bay AoE bots but none of the newer stock. Meanwhile I've been seeing sightings on facebook from overseas (Asian countries) and they've already got up to Defensor robots on the shelves, along with wave 1 altogether.....we get still get none :(

Uncle petes tuggerah still has a ton of Cw deluxe wave 1, and leaders. Bay village kmart has 6 Cw voyagers (optimus, silverbolt) and 2 warriors including grimlock and strong arm as well as some other stuff from rid (didn't pay much attention to it) and leftover AOE stuff.

Is that the G2 redeco? Cuz that looks like crap and is not worth the same as Star Saber/Ultra Magnus.
It's a really nice toy, but not a very nice colour scheme. Mind you, it's somewhat dated because the toy came out in 1995, but it was a mind-blowing excellent toy. Unfortunately this toy shelf warmed because the Transformers franchise had hit an all time low in popularity (before Beast Wars came along and revitalised everything). Late G2 actually did give us some really good but underrated figures. I personally rate this mould quite highly, but I'm gauging it by 1995 standards (IMO it still rated against even later figures until about 2007* when it was finally outclassed by TF1 Leader Class Optimus Prime). This toy would probably seem dated to you by today's standards. I saw this YotG version earlier this year at Hasbro's office and... it didn't impress me. Strongly recommend careful consideration before getting this.

*I'm not including collector-centric toys like MP1 Convoy or ALT/BT OP/Convoy because G2 Laser Prime was made for kids. In terms of toys-not-made-for-adults, I'd say G2 Prime reigned supreme for a good 12 years. :) That toy was exceptional for its time, unlike say either of the Age of Extinction Leader Class Primes which feel massively disappointing by current day standards. :(

Was just in at Erina Fair, TRU has the usual MP UM and SS for $300 each as well as now having the Platinum Insecticons box for $150, CW Optimus and Silverbolt for $50 each and both Leader Megatrons for $90 each as well as a few dozen AOE Stingers for $30 each.

Myer has a few items of interest, the Platinum Breakout Battle with the sandy coloured Evasion Mode Optimus Prime, Vehicon and Rollbar for $169 and the Platinum AOE Dinobot pack for $185 down from $250.

Everywhere else there was a sparse field of disappointment with nothing apart from a few wave 1 CW Legends and Deluxes.

Interestingly enough, Uncle Pete's Castle Towers was where my brother and I picked up our (now mine) G2 Optimus as a young 9 and 5 year old.

pretty expensive for a couple legends but I'm pretty sure that's a world first sighting. might be worth your trouble buying a couple to peddle at the dealer room at Botcon. They'll only be particularly valuable to you if they don't turn up in the states in the mean time though.

Yes, they are legends scale, or perhaps a little smaller ? I have them here in front of me but no legends handy to compare with.

TRU Kotara in Newcastle has them as well, and considering we generally get everything weeks later than other TRU's I imagine they should be available in most stores.

I can't believe they don't even have dedicated pegs for each character (which seems like they aren't getting many cases in each delivery).

3-step Optimus has been sittin at K-Mart Lake Haven since Monday and will continue sitting there at the $69 they want for it.

Coles at Lake Haven has the RiD 2015 Legion figures for $7 each, current stock was Optimus, Bumblebee, Strongarm, Grimlock, Sideswipe and Steeljaw.
