Could not warrant the price for the new scout priced line when they were sitting next to the PCC commander sets for less than half the price!

Looks like less toy in exchange for larger packaging and wasted space.

lol i was further up the aisle working on the Cars stuff and talking to another team member when you were there. =P We only put that stuff out because i told my manager that other targets already had their stuff out, he didnt believe me so he called head office -_- i dont think we had commander megs. We're also missing the Ark as well i think.

Blacktown Big W had nothing other than the Cyberverse playsets. I got a staff member to check the storeroom out back, even showed him a picture of what the DotM case looks like (I snapped the pic from Target while they were cracking the cases open) -- he found nothing. :/ So looks like they're gonna be barren of DotM figures for a while even though tomorrow's the official launch date for the toys. (-_-)

Not a toy sighting, but Castle Hill MegaPlex has the massive DotM display out in the foyer.

This is probably a bit late. But on saturday Castle Hill DJ's had Skyhammer, Roadbuster, Shockwave, Bumblebee one of each. I didn't get any of them. All at full retail price.

Target has the goods. Huge stand with waves of DOTM. Shelves also stocked aswell. There are 2 sentinel primes in the aisles.

Parramatta Westfields stores have DotM stock, except for Myer. Kmart had HA. TRU's DotM toys are all along the immediate right hand side of the entrance, so don't bother going to the normal aisle where the Transformers are shelved as you'll just see all the old shelf-warmers. Target has DotM toys near the entrance too, but most of their stuff is in the action figure aisle too.

Those Cyberverse sets seem like the best value for money out of the whole lot IMO. :cool:
I was really disappointed by everything I saw there, Size vs. Price-wise, and am glad I'm only really interested in picking up DOTM Leader Sentinel Prime, Voyager Shockwave and whatever Soundwave gets released. :(

They actually pulled all their Generations stock off the shelf after they realised they didn't scan. I literally had to jump through hoops just so they would release some of their stock to me which they hid out the back in a trolley. The whole process took about 40 mins speaking to floor staff, front desk staff, then finally the duty manager who realised I wasn't going to leave his store without them. In other words, if anyone else is thinking of getting these from Blacktown Kmart, good luck.

Stanhope Gardens Kmart has a small Tf section, full of DOTM stuff and $25 Skullgrins and Darkmounts.

Did see the Human Alliance figures for DOTM for the first time, dd not see them in Target or Big W, but they were pretty easy passes for me. Fiures are about scout sized (larger than cyberverse) and come with a badly painted human figurine about 5 cm in height. No price, and did not scan, but they only had one of each figure, and he pegs behind were empty.

2 Generations Thundercrackers and Wheeljack are all that are left at Kmart Mt Druitt, I nabbed the final Kup and the other Wheeljack. $25 a pop, compared to $29 for the DotM deluxes.

myer at castlehill was the only place in caste to have anything new. picked up the last lazorbeak and thundercracker (both awesome) there was a 1 or 2 sideswipes left, a bunch of turbo bumblebees which i must admit, do look cool. there was also 1 barricade left at target as you walk in. (not worth it if you ask me, nowhere near as good as the origional)

Picked up Skyfall for $39.99. :) They also have those transcanning dudes... interesting how transcanning Sideswipe's silvers look a lot better than the standard version's grey, but of course, it has that silly looking transcanning thing up the back. So for people who want a Deluxe DotM Sideswipe, you can either get the consistent grey, or the half silver and half "Ben-10" version... (-_-) Heavens forbid Hasbro just give us a proper silver version! :rolleyes:

I just picked up Leader Ironhide and Leader Sentinal Prime for $69.99 each at Toys R Us Castle Hill. They had about 3 Ironhides and 6 Sentinals. I'm loving Ironhide but unfortunately he doesn't speak, just some weapon sound FX instead.

Ironhide's Head:

There was a little bit of glue or something that had mine stuck to the plastic underneath. I just applied a bit of force and wiggled it left and right for a while and it eventually snapped and let me turn the head.

Be careful as the electronics are attached to this piece. You don't want to go breaking him :)

Mine has head articulation now.

I checked every DOTM product they had on display and not one bore the product number '32095' and there certainly weren't any DOTM 2-Packs containing Deluxes or Voyagers. :confused:

As strange as it sounds, some shops don't like people walking-in off the streets taking photos. Back in my days of working retail, you had to get permission from the shop / centre.

Penrith Kmart had a much smaller range than they did in May, but they did have deluxe topspin for $23.75 as well as other wave 1 and 2 deluxes.

Went to Rhodes today. I'm not going to list every Transformer I saw, but ones that stood out to me were...

+ HobbyCo has PCC Crankcases for $28-something each
+ Saw at least one DotM Shockwave at Target and there was one DotM Deluxe Topspin there too - I bought it. :p I had a quick look around and didn't see any others, but admittedly there may be more up back as I didn't go digging around (I was in a hurry).

P.S.: I also saw DotM Deluxe Jolts at Rhodes Target too.
