A lot of things at TRU would be snapped up fast if they reduced the prices, including their imported MPs (I still saw Tracks and Road Rage shelf warming). :rolleyes: But this is TRU here, who are notorious for sitting on stock till the cows come home before thinking about price reductions. So I wouldn't hold my breath. :o

Finding gems on the upper shelves of TRU is the best :)

It's sad to see MP-quality collectors boxes get trashed over time (greater exposure to customers/kids that might manhandle them), or by nature of the 'spider wrap' security devices they use which makes them sit irregularly on shelves.

They also had a peg for the Titans returns deludes, but the peg was empty.

A few trail breakers and wheeljacks and one each of the headmaster heads with a few scout sized wreck gars, hot rod and rewind. A few wheelies with bent backing cards as well.

Not worth the trip.

Hasbro usually aren't able to do anything about replacement parts, as they will probably tell you to take it back to the store for a replacement (or refund if none left in stock).
It's just easier for them to issue a credit to retailers who take back faulty goods, than keep a supply of parts on hand for all of their thousands of toy products each year.
(the rare exception is when it is a fault across every item, like the half-painted head for Construct-Bots Starscream a number of years ago - they were actually sent about a dozen fully painted heads to the Sydney office to send out to anyone (kids) who asked about the "faulty" head)

I picked up an Astrotrain tonight from Erina and mine has no issues however the blur I did pick up is missing a silver paint app on the left arm...

Erina btw has a pair of silverbolts, a scattershot and Skylynx for voyagers, both the Titans return leaders. There's a single leader jetfire and MP star saber left. Tons of legends figures too, yeah as usual it's pretty well stocked

I expect to see another release closer to Christmas, I have no proof or information, it just makes sense given how many outlets Metroplex was released in over it's time.

That was found to be a misinterpretation of a news article, that said they were cutting back their inventory lines, but not stopping the sale of things like toys.
The lack of toy sale this year was more due to that current transition of the retailer.

Kmart shellharbour does have deluxe wave 2 TR, but they are out the back. The staff will retrieve them from out the back if you ask politely. May I suggest that you have a colour, in package picture of the figure you want them to look for, to make it easier for them. :D

Kmart Waratah has like 3 Hot Rod. Probably means more out back considering shelves covered in wave 1 and 2 just topped off with wave 3. Fruiticus still there.

Big W Jesmond has nothing, but Fort Max and Victorion moved to clearance section, still 174 and 118 respectively.

Woolworths Jesmond clearly had remants of the Springload wave because I remember seeing Starscream, OP and Grimlock a while back. Didn't check today.

There were some the other day at Target in Westfield Chatswood, won't be going by anytime soon though, so can't help double check. You could try and give them a call though. They are open til midnight tonight I think
